EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE

This position is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to the NFP nursing department by coordinating and evaluating nursing department activities; evaluating and improving program quality; implementing operational efficiencies; implementing program educational activities; and contributing to policy development, planning, decision-making and fiscal management. The position requires a current RN license to practice in Colorado, a Master’s degree in nursing, business or health care administration, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing/healthcare/hospital management at the Director, Executive Director or VP level (or equivalent).
