Candidates must share a commitment to the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence and service to the greater good and to prepare equity and justice-focused nursing professionals and practitioners through exceptional undergraduate and graduate education. 

Requirements:

Candidates should be a Registered Nurse and meet, or be able to meet, the qualifications for licensure in Washington. They should bring a demonstrated record of progressive leadership and experience in nursing administration, education, and practice at the Department/Division Chair ,Associate Dean, Dean, or equivalent leadership level. Candidates with progressive careers in leadership from practice settings such as Chief Nursing Officers, Executive Directors, and others who meet the academic degree requirements will also be considered.
