The School of Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) invites applications and nominations for a full time Applied Quantitative Methodologist faculty position to teach applied quantitative methods and statistics courses in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing programs and provide methodological support in the design and implementation of DNP projects.

Requirements:

Candidates with an interest in making an impact through teaching in the health sciences and with expertise in quantitative analysis or applied statistics are encouraged to apply. A minimum of a doctoral degree and at least 12 credit hours of graduate-level quantitative methods or statistics courses are required. A background in applied quantitative analysis in nursing or health sciences, applied statistics, data science, epidemiology, quantitative psychology, public health, health administration, medical sociology, education, or related disciplines is preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with professional background and experience. This is not a remote position.
