Western Massachusetts Black Nurses Association
A Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association Inc.
Chapter Overview
Western Massachusetts Black Nurses Association is an organization that promotes positive influences and encourages excellence in clinical practice as the primary goal for nurses. We continue to endorse every effort to increase minority enrollments within the delivery of healthcare; either in nursing, medical, or any other healthcare discipline.
Our mission is to provide leadership, collaboration, and advocacy for people of color in the communities we serve, to address disparities, racism and bias in the health system to ensure health equity in the Black community and other communities of color.
