The Penn State University Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is seeking a dynamic and innovative visionary for their Associate Dean for Research and Innovation. This is an opportunity to facilitate the success of research and the research faculty and provide a vision and strategic direction for the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing’s research enterprise.

Reporting to the Dean, this key leader will demonstrate progressive leadership experience in providing guidance on research career development and strategies for building funded research programs to ensure successful grant applications and accepted publications. As a member of the College’s leadership team, the Associate Dean for Research and Innovation will collaborate closely with the Dean and the rest of the leadership team on policy-making, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the College’s activities and assist in ensuring that the University’s vision, mission, and values are foundational elements in guiding decision-making and actions within the College.
