Mission: To be the voice for uniformed and veteran nurses of color in advancing health equity for service members, veterans, and their families—through culturally responsive care, advocacy, professional development, and community partnerships that reduce disparities.
Vision
A future where every veteran, service member, and military family—especially Black and underserved populations—achieves optimal health through equitable, culturally responsive, nurse-led care.
